The Brown Heeled Sandal

I have a few things on an imaginary "wish list" for when I can potentially afford to start buying myself goodies again. I just finally started working full time again after having only had part-time income since August. I can't live on that. Not in the "Oh, I need extra spending cash," more in the way of, "The dog needs to be fed before myself, so this week I'm eating lots of ramen noodles." No joke.

I'm hoping to start finally rounding out my wardrobe with classic, key pieces. I have so very little brown in my closet, but I adore a good cognac leather. The look in my style board above is pretty much an exact outfit I'd like to build. I'm on the hunt also for a good pair of dark, slim skinnies... 

I know a beautiful pair of brown heeled (or wedged) leather (or faux) sandals is in my future. I want to be able to wear them a lot, so I'm not entirely sold on a stiletto heel, but you know me - I'm definitely a fashion over function type of gal!
